Installation Kits

Installation kits run from the outside wood furnace to the inside unit and water heater.  Any additional line or plumbing, other than what is described below, is an additional cost.  Mechanical thermostats come standard with all kits.  Digital thermostats can be purchased for additional $   All kits 100 feet and under come standard with ¾ inch heating line for  per foot.  All Kits 125 feet and longer come standard with 1 inch heating lines.  Shop lines all come standard with 1 inch heating lines.  All potable water lines come standard with ¾ inch line no matter what the length.  Kits 100 feet and under all cone standard with a small pump except shop kits, unless otherwise requested for additional cost of $.  All kits 125 foot and longer come standard with a large pump.  All shop kits come standard with a large pump no matter what length.  Kits all come standard with 2 14-2 underground rated wire except shop kits which come standard with 1 14-2 underground rated wire.  Every kit including shop kits come standard with insulated lines and flexible black conduit.

Insulated pipe R-5 can be purchased for  per foot, while supply lasts..

►Forced Air Kit

Includes:  house supply lines, hot water heater valve, heat exchange coil (size needed for individual furnace, up to 20 X 20, any large heat exchange coil is $100 additional) mechanical thermostat, electrical relay, plumbing for lines, and circulator pump.

►Radiant Heat Kit

(Floor Heat) Includes;  house supply lines, one set of manifolds zones, manifold blending valve, de-aerator, and circulator pump, hot water  heater valve, thermostat, transformer, and plumbing for lines.

►Additional Manifold Zone Kit:

Each additional manifold zone kit includes one manifold, one small pump, and one thermostat, extra plumbing and transformer .

►Installation Radiant Heat Kit:

Includes: Insel® Tarp (R-11) and ½ inch hot water line.  Per square foot $  (NO REBAR OR WIRE MESH)  Insel-Tarp R-11  per square foot, ½ inch pex line  per running foot,

►Boiler, Base Board, Dairy Milk House, Cattery, and Dog Kennel Kits

Includes: house supply lines, (¾ inch heat lines and small pump – 100 foot and over one inch lines and large pump.)  hot water heater valve, thermostat, electrical relay, and circulator pump.

Labor is  per running foot to install baseboard heaters.
